Local Realtor® Achieves Buyer’s Representative Award

Hamden, CT – Marjorie Clark, a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Realty of North Haven, has been awarded the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) by the Real Estate Buyers’ Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR).

Marjorie joins more than 30,000 rest estate professionals who have earned the ABR® designation. The credential requires agents to successfully complete a comprehensive course in buyer representation and provide verification of professional experience as a buyer’s representative. 

Newly licensed in July of 2021, Marj is one of only 100 Connecticut Realtors® who currently holds this distinction.
